Marian & Carl : We had a nice ride home, and baby Mia did very well She already feel at home, she had her supper with some chicken and she really enjoy it !! At first she feel scared about Pepper......but she felt alright with Tony the cat, the are trying to play together already that's good !.....we are so happy with the new member of the family.......baby Mia follows Maria everywhere.....they even went to the bathroom together !!!!The boys were so happy to have such a cute doggy!   I will call you tomorrow to tell you how it goes overnight I'm pretty sure will alright.....tell Foxy that her baby is fine !! Hello Marian, I absolutely love Nina! She is a baby doll so cute, everyone loves her...one of my patient comes and walks her, he's this 250 pounds guy and he loves her so much, he is laughing and is really happier than he ever was...incredible!

She is very good with the leash as well, she is a bit cold ...nothing that little booties could not solve! My friend Ashley gave her a little coat and she is too cute.

Yesterday Sophia was 9 months old ! She is a solid little dog now ! I wonder what the right weight is for her ? I still feed her the puppy food ! She is so cute and loves when my friends come to visit ! She is active running thru the house and playing with her toys ! In the evening she is my lap dog ! She loves to sit with me in my chair  ! She follows me where ever I go ! When I go out of the house , I leave her in the kitchen and when I return she is sleeping in her crate ! She sleeps there during the night and is comfortable there till I come into the kitchen early in the morning ! In the crate she has her little bed that you gave her and she loves it !Keep smiling ! sorry I did not let you know immediately about puff this is his new name..because I am waiting for our grooming appointment tomorrow  and I ilke you to see him in the pictures after grooming how handsome he is going to be..
we are very lucky to find you and very happy that you and carl really loves poodles..and we are very lucky the way you give all the poodles your sweet and loving home and the way you care for them..show give them love and  you teach them to be friendly and to be love..
marian, carl, we can't ask for anythings about puff he is very sweet and very happy and very intelligent..he is just like our joy that we love so much..
now we have puff we are complete and very happy...he loves us very much too.

marian, please let me know if the small poodle that is pregnant I forget her name the one is due for the month of feb. the tiny one..I love to have one of her babies..

Jeff told me that he spoke with you today :-)  and yes, we would love to expand our family.  Dogs are the best people we know .. and of course that includes people who love dogs ... the others can stay home lol

She had a good night, slept right through. It was Morty getting up every hour to sniff her :-) I'm so glad they get along.
She slept curled up with us and woke up spry and ready to play. They had their breakfast and are now running around the house chasing eachother.
She got a little motion sickness in the car on our way home last night so ill have to take her on short rides to get her used to the car. That way we can make the hour drive to come visit and her tummy won't be upset.

We did change her name to Pepper Mae, hope you don't mind. 

Right now she's playing fetch with Jeff and she's really quite good at it. 

We plan on taking her out on short car rides daily to get her used to the car, she did vomit again this evening on her way to the vet.  As soon as she's car ready we will come vist.

Hi;Things are still going quite well. Tim was visiting over the week-end and Max just loves him. Think Tim will be lonely now he is back home on his own.Max followed him everywhere. Stephen and Jamie were here on Sunday also and it didn't go quite as well with Jamie. She really like him but she of course had a bunch of stuffed animals with her and kept shoving them at Max so he would like them too. He didn't and there was a lot of growling and barking. No matter what Jamie just wouldn't stop. And she also has to jump around a lot and swing her arms and such. It was all too much for poor Max. He was pooped out last night as we all were.Stephen tried to explain to her, I did too and so did Larry but no . When she approached Max quietly and held out her hand he was fine and let her pet him, but then she would start up again with her nonsense. However she left him a note beside his food dish full of hugs and kisses.Also Samantha picked Jamie up here yesterday and she really liked him as well so will no doubt try to impress on Jamie how to behave so the next meeting will be better. Jamie loves the colour purole and wears a lot of it . Larry and she have a running battle about it as he pretends he doesn't like it, so we told her the dog didn't like purple either.To-day Larry took Max for quite a long walk and Max did very well. Walked right along without any pulling and such. Any of the neighbours that have seen him think he is just the cat's meow or the dog's bark or whatever. Max and Stephen got along great too.Oh yes Jamie and Tim also tried to take Max for a walk yesterday and he was OK for a short while.All for now--but will keep you posted. Norma

Well here she is, miss Amy Mitchell, our little princess.  I finally got Bill to upload these photos of her so I could send them to you.  Isn't she just a cutie, we love her to death.  These were taken after we got her groomed and the groomer says she did very well - he made her first visit fun and she was very good.  She loves going outside and rolling in all the leaves that have fallen - and she loves everyone she meets.  She is so good at meeting other dogs, too, we were at the Pet Val store today and she made friends with a 6 month old doberman ! She likes to play all day long and I will glad when she is through teething !  We had her babysat on Saturday as we were at a wedding all day and my cousin Heather, who you had met, stayed with her and said she was really really good.  She also likes to go down to the basement and run run run !   At this moment, she is sound asleep with her head on my foot.  I can't thank you enough for her - she makes my days. Can't wait till her first snow play day !    Pat, Bill and Amy Mitchell

Sophia is settling in well ! She loves to run thru the house when I let her ! When she is alone in the house she stays in the kitchen . She has not yet accepted the tray with her carpet on , as the place for business ! Most of the times she hits the right spot !!! She sleeps thru the night and is happy to see me at around 8.30 hrs in the morning !

She loves her food and must have doubled her weight ? On the 22 nd she will go for her operation . It will be difficult to leave her at the Vet for the night.

She graduated from Puppy Kindergarten , even got a certificate ! As I told everybody it was graduation day ! The last 3 weeks she really enjoyed it and run up the 4 steps to school ! From now on it is in my hands to train her  ! I really enjoyed school and it was nice to meet the people with their puppies ! Sophia mostly went for the people who handed her treats , but she had some interaction with the smaller puppies , who still were much bigger ! The last game we did was DOG PUSH UPS ! Well she won and got the price ! I was delighted !!!

Sophia is doing well ! She had her operation last tuesday and she is well now , back to normal !

Everybody at the Vet. loved her ! The Vet told me she can do the operation with her eyes closed , as she does so many cats ! However she had troube finding the uterus of Sophia as it was SO small ! We had a good laugh about it ! In a week we are going back to the Vet to check it all ! The Vet keeps giving me compliments about how the disposition of Sophia is so good ! Thank you for giving Sophia such a good start in this world ! I keep brushing her and touching her feet and she just loves the attention ! She is CUTE !!!

Hi again Marian, Daffeny is very good now with her pipi training.  It is amazing how a few more days makes a big difference.  She is very very intelligent.  During the day she goes on the pipi pad, and when I am with her at home, I bring her in our heated garage.  She even started asking the door to go there on her own.  She is so nice, I love her so much!  I call her my little girl.  When I take my bath, she lies on top of the bath and stays with me.  I give her goodies each time she goes on the pipi pad and she knows her new name and she sits when I tell her.  Here are some pictures of her and her new home.  She is very spouled!

Hello Marion and Carl - hope you are both well and enjoying this dry weather ! Well Amy went to see the Vet today and would like to let you know that she now weighs 5 lbs. - I would say she is a good little eater.  She also burns up all those calories during the day ha ha - she now weighs more than my little Pepper did fully grown, although we know he was sick -.  She is a treasure to have around, she is doing well on her potty training, a little accident every once in a while, but she is doing good.  Bill is really enjoying her and that as well makes me very happy.  Bill has taken some pics but not put them on the computer yet so the minute he does I will forward to you just so you can see how much she has grown - she is a happy little girl and loves to follow me around everywhere I go, she likes to tell the birds to leave the deck and she has decided that the squirrels and chipmunks that feed here have to find somewhere else to dine as well, my neighbor's cat is huge and she barks at him as well - she is a really good people greeter and she loves everybody.  she gets along well with my sister's Westie and my daughter's Golden Retriever although I keep a close eye on Molly cause she has such big paws but they play well together - I take her back in November for the balance of her shots as she was still too young for the rabies shot - I am going to get her groomed in December - I want her to keep a long coat but her hair is so thick - and her ears are really hairy that they were full of dirt so the vet said it would be ok to trim her down - anyway, we love her, I thank you and Carl for her, and just thought to give you an update on her.  Talk soon.  Happy thanksgiving.

 Hi Marian & Carl,

Wanted to let you know your little Nika is doing so well- it seems like
we've always had him. He has adjusted to two new environments like nothing
was up- our home and we had him at my parent's cottage this thanksgiving
weekend. It has a beautiful big sand beach on Lake Huron - he was running             
and playing in the sand and watching the seagulls with great fascination!!
My sister took some video which I will send when she forwards it to me.
 
     He is sleeping very well- we have his bed in a laundry basket!! Which he
loves- just the right size and he sleeps in Diana's room right beside her
bed where she can reach down and pet him through the night. She is already
so attached to the little guy- told her she could stay home today and look
after him - she hasn't let him out of her sight or arms!!
